Kagwe, who opened the trade fair on September 30, stated that the efforts of local creative companies like Wave 360 exemplify the increasing importance of innovation and technology in business-public engagement. He emphasized that young Kenyan companies can leverage creativity and technology, combined with a deep understanding of the populace, to build impactful brands.

Founded in 2022, Wave 360 Africa offers integrated solutions, bringing together strategists, digital experts, and storytellers to develop brands across East Africa. The company's services encompass strategy, creative development, digital and social media, activations, production, events, and media. Wave 360 operates offices in Nairobi and Kampala, aiming to help brands communicate effectively with local communities.

The firm has collaborated with various organizations across sectors including government, healthcare, finance, telecommunications, FMCG, technology, development, and agriculture. Its projects include public health campaigns, youth programs, digital storytelling, experiential marketing, and large-scale brand activations, all designed to foster meaningful connections with audiences.

Wave 360 CEO Zedekiah Mukoya expressed gratitude for the recognition, viewing it as validation of the team's efforts and a testament to the potential of Kenyan creative companies. He stressed the company's philosophy of understanding people first to build brands that resonate, highlighting the significant creative talent in Kenya.

This recognition follows a previous acknowledgment at last year's trade fair, where President William Ruto visited the company's stand and commended their work. Wave 360 Africa has also been expanding its regional presence, notably entering Uganda in April 2025 as part of its East African growth strategy.
